AU Park, Washington, DC

A calculated departure from the center hall colonial renovations that populate this quadrant of Washington, the design seamlessly integrates a 2000 square foot addition with an existing structure to allow a growing family to remain in the city. Natural materials, large windows and intimate seating areas on the inside combine with a rear dining patio to create a warm environment for entertaining or sitting together on a warm summer evening.
