Gallaudet University Marketplace of Ideas

Union Market, Washington, DC

This live/work proposal for faculty, students and staff of Gallaudet University focuses on the developing relationship between the world’s most prestigious institution for hearing impaired students and its bordering warehouse district. As part of a broader proposal by an invited team led by PN Hoffman Development, our design integrates new and re-used structures to provide dynamic indoor/outdoor spaces for creative research opportunities.

Outdoor creative spaces will link residences, businesses, and campus functions through a series of innovation courts
