Pier 4

Southwest Waterfront, Washington DC

An existing 1950's pier on the Washington Channel has been transformed into Class A office space by PN Hoffman and also serves as the Washington headquarters and main cruise depot for Entertainment Cruises, whose chartered ships ply the Potomac offering unique views of the Capital City for residents and visitors alike. The building sits lightly upon the existing pier and canopy and is be clad in high performance material with an emphasis on energy efficiency. Photography by Alan Karchmer

Our office is comfortable working through the myriad approvals required of premier projects, evidenced by the unanimous approval this project received on its first attempt from the local ANC and US Commission of Fine Arts
