StudioMB developed the design for this new home overlooking the Potomac River to take full advantage of the sloping and heavily wooded site.  By extending deep into the lot and elevating the rear of house we were able to capture river views while maintaining a modest street presence.  Living areas are located within an open floor plan on the main level while roof terraces and a walk out basement provide access to a secluded outdoor experience.
