This prototype organic food market provides an indoor/outdoor sales area, commercial kitchen, and covered function space, all connected to an outdoor function space.  Designed to attract both locals and visitors, the design recalls nearby agrarian structures to visually link the store to the organic farmers whose produce fill the building.  The project utilizes off the shelf energy efficient systems to minimize construction time, waste and costs.
