We were humbled to be 1 of 12 Honor Award winners selected nationwide in one of the profession’s premier residential design awards competition held by Architect Magazine. For 22 years the prestigious Residential Architect Design Awards (RADA) has celebrated the year’s best housing at a variety of scales and types, and our 13th Street Sanctuary project was recognized for design excellence in the New Approaches to Housing category (Co-Living). Judge Matthew Bremer’s comment about co-living being an exciting new typology is right on—innovation is needed to provide attainable housing in the District today!
