McGraw Bagnoli Architects recently completed a site selection and building conversion study for a new Public Charter Montessori School in Bridgeport, CT.  Together with the National Center for Montessori in the Public Sector (NCMPS) and the Office of the Mayor of Bridgeport, the team evaluated 4 alternative locations for the proposed school, made recommendations for each sites’ potential and ultimately settled on the Whittier School site location.  Following selection of the Whittier site, MBA evaluated the most effective manner of converting the site, building and classrooms into a state of the art Montessori School with a particular focus on sustainable design.
