MBA has been selected to work with Grinnell College to develop an actionable plan for the College owned “Zone of Confluence”, an under developed area between the campus and the city of Grinnell. Work to date has included a series of campus and community outreach sessions that will help the team develop a formal recommendation, feasibility study, and implementation plan for a catalyst project.  The team’s scope also includes the development of a broader long-term vision for the entire area.
