Virginia Tech alumnus and StudioMB staff designer Kevin Lee joined Edward Becker of Virginia Tech in presenting a co-authored peer-reviewed research paper titled “Mass Timber Construction for Multifamily Urban Housing: Carbon12 and The Canyons.” Published and presented at the 2^nd Valencia International Biennial of Research in Architecture Conference in November, Kevin and Edward analyzed two innovative mass timber projects from Kevin’s work experience in Portland, OR.   To hear the full 14 minute presentation, click here: Mass Timber Lecture
