StudioMB was recently notified that our Pier 4 project has been certified by the US Green Building Council as LEED Gold, one of the highest ratings available for sustainable buildings.  The building boasts a range of sensitive features, not the least of which is extensive reuse of this existing but underutilized pier on The Washington Channel.  Our large expanses of green roofs, which filter any rainwater that falls on the structure, also adds to the appeal while meeting strict Green Area Ratio and Stormwater Management requirements of the District of Columbia.
