Together with design and executive architects Sasaki Associates, Inc., MBA is acting as Associate Architect on this new 84,000 SF, 232 bed residence hall and student life facility in the heart of Georgetown University’s main campus.  Phase 1 of the project, which includes site preparation and building foundation work, began in October, 2014.  The general contractor is the Gilbane Building Company, and construction is anticipated to take approximately 14 months to complete.
