McGraw Bagnoli has been selected by PN Hoffman/Madison Marquette to lead the design of 6 new “land-side” retail structures at the historic Washington Fish Market. Envisioned as a new waterfront retail precinct, similar to food-focused markets in San Francisco, Vancouver, New York and Los Angeles, the design will highlight an historic structure on site while bringing the funky character of currently operating barges back to Maine Ave.
