MBA has been selected by the Maryland National Capitol Park and Planning Commission to develop a conceptual design for this 88 acre park in Montgomery County, MD’s Agricultural Reserve. Working in collaboration with Nelson Byrd Woltz Landscape Architects, the design will link views from within the park to surrounding farmland  while incorporating a new Carousel Roundhouse, ice rink, skateboard park, picnic pavilions and looped trail including woodland paths, boardwalks and bridges.
