Our hands-on approach to this study included resident and student input to develop a set of planning recommendations to improve the “Sense of Place” for this College Town.  Approved by the Board of Trustees in 2014, StudioMB has now begun on the plan’s major recommendations, including relocation of the main campus entry and a focus on bridging the connection of campus and town with a mixed-use development at the “Zone of Confluence” at the southwest corner of campus.
