Our first project at American University looks to create a student focused experience at an existing residence hall to replace a worn, out-dated and disconnected set of community spaces. Working within the campus and building infrastructure to minimize impacts on operations our team conceived of a new kitchen, lounge and entry focused on engagement and the lush landscapes surrounding the building.
