Studio MB's feasibility study and needs assessment for one of only two National Landmark’s on Georgetown’s campus resolves numerous design modifications and deferred maintenance while converting the small footprint into modern and accessible classrooms and offices. Our proposal also includes a new general purpose classroom building, improved grounds for the Hayden Planetarium and resolution of adjacent Athletic facility space and field needs.
