StudioMB was asked to create a "living" template of materials, fixtures and colors for application across campus residence halls for current and future improvements.  As an undergraduate-focused institution with over 75% of its students residing on campus, the university sought to establish a simple but durable palate to be applied for full building improvements or on a unit-by-unit basis.  Since finalizing the standards we are proud to have had them implemented at both modern and historic residence halls.  Photography by Tom Holdsworth
