This 10 row-house development in the up and coming neighborhood of Columbia Heights brings 20 new residences to this premier corner.  The site, formerly home to a plumbing warehouse and gas station, is surrounding by a range of row-houses with fine brickwork and limestone details.  Our design brings a similar set of fine detailing to the interior and exteriors of the units and respects the massing and scale of this historic neighborhood.  Images: Thomas Holdsworth
