StudioMB has designed a complete renovation and new construction/additions to create approximately 89,000 gross square feet of modernized learning space to bring this 1928 campus in line with the DCPS Ed Specs. The design provides for discovery commons spaces, small group rooms, and resource rooms accommodating special projects, collaborative work, and individual pull-out instruction. A new dedicated gym, welcome center, library, middle school classrooms and science/technology labs will be incorporated into additions within the existing 1929 building.
