StudioMB is working with Hoffman Development to lead the design of this 500,000SF project with 463 residences (including 111 senior affordable apartments), office space and community serving retail, restaurant, entertainment and performing arts. Together with STUDIOS Architects, designers for the affordable housing and office tower, and the Landscape Architecture Bureau [LAB], the team proposes a new stadium entry plaza and pedestrian street for game-day excitement at the home of DC United, Washington's Major League Soccer Club.
