This new floating home was fabricated off site and floated to its final destination at the DC Wharf. The main floor provides 800sf of living space including two bedrooms, two full baths, kitchen and living/dining rooms with large sliding doors from the living room and primary bedroom to a floating deck for added outdoor space.
