This adaptive reuse of a 1945 Firehouse that serviced the historic Walter Reed Medical Center includes a state-of-the-art black box theater, several dance and fitness studios, and a flexible space for community events. Along with other creative focused programs and spaces, the Dance Institute will serve as a dynamic anchor to activate StudioMB's design for the Aspen Arts Park, nestled within the greater Parks at Walter Reed re-development.
