We are pleased to announce that our recently completed design for the new Theta Chi Fraternity House at Randolph Macon College has been recognized for design excellence. The home, which replaces a previously burned chapter house on the same site, provides 16 beds of student housing as well as communal meeting, dining and recreation spaces.  In addition to the structure, MBA designed the interiors and landscapes as well, including the large rear terrace and open stairs pictured above.
