Following 10 months of sub-surface improvements including utility re-work, micropiles and grade beams and foundations, progress on the execution of our plan for the Washington Fish Market is quickly transforming this former parking area into a new complex of retail and restaurants.  Seen from above at the adjacent Parcel 1 office building at The Wharf we are excited to see the plan come to fruition.
