The Brick Industry Association (BIA) has awarded 42 winning projects in the 2025 Brick in Architecture Awards, the world’s leading design competition featuring fired-clay brick. Generating 120 entries this year, we are one of 42 winners judged by a jury of peers span the United States, Belgium, Canada, China, Columbia and South Africa.  We are pleased our Whitlock Elementary School has been recognized with a Silver Award and are grateful to our partners at DC DGS, DCPS, Gilbane Building Company and Potomac Valley Brick for a collective job well done!
