Another major milestone as our Congress Heights Recreation Center celebrated topping out in May of 2026, marking an important step towards completion! Located within Washington D.C.’s Ward 8, the Congress Heights Recreation Center adds community-requested amenities, fitness equipment, sports and exercise areas, and a healthy gathering space for all.   As always this sort of success comes from a dedicated team from StudioMB along with our Design-Build partner, GCS|SIGAL, the DC-DGS, the DC-DPR, and, of course, the D.C. Community!
