This multi-phase renovation to an aging, 320,000SF complex of 680 beds includes comprehensive upgrades to original finishes and MEP systems, as well as life safety, exterior closure and student life improvements. Sleeping rooms with associated baths received new finishes, HVAC, and restroom improvements based on StudioMB's campus-wide residence hall standards while corridors, lounges and lobbies have been re-conceived with bold colors to orient residents throughout the 3 tower complex originally built in 1984.
